Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
